• Corwin | 2 Bed, 1 Bath | 932 Sq. Ft.
The Corwin offers a thoughtfully designed floor plan with a dedicated laundry room located off the kitchen, complete with a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, while vinyl flooring extends throughout the home except in the bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet, and this is the only floor plan that features a linen closet in the bathroom.

• Eldon | 2 Bed, 2 Bath | 1,136 Sq. Ft.
The Eldon features a larger living room and an open, functional layout. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet just off the kitchen. • Yes, Avion Apartments is a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs. Residents can enjoy convenient pet amenities, including our on-site dog park and beautifully landscaped grounds that provide plenty of space for daily walks and outdoor activities with their pets

• Pet documentation must be uploaded and verified through our 3rd party called petscreening.

• We currently offer lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months and do not offer lease terms shorter than six months.

• Please note that if an apartment home is advertised with a move-in special or promotional pricing, the offer is available only with a 12-month lease term.

Applications are submitted online it is $56.00 per person over 18 years old intending to live in the apartment. Once the application is submitted, there is a $300.00 holding fee to secure the apartment that is refundable within 48 hours or should you be denied.

Each resident gets one assigned carport and guest can park in any open area throughout the property.

Resident is responsible for all utilities; they are billed through a 3rd party and posted to the online account at the same time as the rent. The third-party monitors, water, sewer and garbage as well as valet trash. Resident must also set up SMUD and PG&E under resident's name. You must also have renters' insurance.
